From Gardening Newbie to Green Thumb: How Growing My Own Food Transformed My Life

I never knew gardening could give so much to your physical health and mentally, the relaxation you get is beyond what you expected.

When I was younger, I never really had an interest in gardening. My parents would try to get me to help out in the garden, but I would always find some excuse to avoid it.

I never knew why my mother loved gardening so much when I was young, but I still see my mother in the garden maintaining her vegetables or plants. She gave a good routine with her garden, it's like we the kids working 9-5 jobs with a routine.

It wasn't until I moved out of my parent's house and started living on my own that I discovered the joys of gardening. Gardening has since become one of my favorite hobbies, and it has even transformed my life in ways that I never thought possible!

Gardening has helped me to connect with nature in a way that I never have before. I now take great pleasure in watching my plants grow and knowing that I played a role in their care.

Gardening has also taught me the importance of patience and perseverance. Many times, I've wanted to give up on a plant when it hasn't been growing the way I want it to, but I've learned that often times, good things come to those who wait.

Last but not least, gardening has given me a great sense of accomplishment. Every time I harvest a crop of vegetables or flowers, I feel pride and satisfaction knowing that I grew them all by myself!

The Most Common Question!

How does a newbie who does not have a green thumb grow vegetables and plants beautifully? What is the secret? And today I would like to share your tips and tricks on how to start your own garden.

What do you need understand?

First of all, you need to choose the right location for your garden. Make sure that the area gets plenty of sunlight and is not too windy. You also want to make sure that the soil is well-drained and rich in nutrients- this is very important.

Should you not have a location with good sunlight you can always search for vegetables or plants to grow less of it.

Once you have found the perfect spot for your garden, it's time to start planning what you want to grow. If you're unsure of what to grow, I recommend starting with some basic herbs like mint, curry leaves, chilli, and Thai basil.

These are all relatively easy to grow and can provide you with a good harvest. Once you have a good handle on growing these, you can start to experiment with other plants and vegetables.

How about watering?

Many have issues with how much water needs to be sprayed onto these herbs, plants or flowers. The answer really varies as it depends on the type of plant, climate, and soil.

For example, if you live in a hot and humid climate, your plants will need to be watered more frequently than if you live in a cooler climate.

It's important to get into a good watering routine so that your plants can stay healthy and thrive. I like to water my plants in the morning so that they have all day to absorb the water and grow.

One of the best things about gardening is that it can be completely tailored to your own needs and preferences.

Maybe you want to grow enough food for your family, or maybe you just want to grow enough for yourself. Either way, it's a great way to save money and eat more healthily.

Gardening has definitely changed my life for the better and I would encourage everyone to give it a try- even if you're starting from scratch like I did! Trust me, it's worth it.

Sincerely,

Konzept Garden Team
