The Terms of Use stated herein constitute a legal agreement between you and Konzept Garden Home Deco Sdn. Bhd. - Konzept Garden reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use with no other further notices provided and you are deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes to the foregoing update publication on Konzept Garden e-commerce Platform.
Purchasing Orders and Specifications
- The Buyer may purchase goods by placing and completing the order form on the Platform and shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order. Any submitted order form is deemed as confirm purchase and such orders can be processed without further consent from the Buyer. Nevertheless, the buyer may request to cancel or amend the order which Konzept Garden shall endeavour (but not obliged) to give effect to on a commercially reasonable effort basis.
- No concluded Contract may be modified or cancelled by the Buyer except with prior written consent from Konzept Garden and on terms that the Buyer shall indemnify Konzept Garden in full against all loss (including loss of profit), costs (including the cost of all labour and materials used), damages, charges and expenses incurred by Konzept Garden as a result of the modification or cancellation, as the case may be.

All orders are processed on Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. - Shipping duration is as follow:
- West Malaysia: 5-7 working days
- East Malaysia: 7-10 working days
- *Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working day.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- Delivery (Postage) Charges is based on a product and West or East Malaysia. Every product has a different type of weight scale, therefore West Malaysia carries different delivery price from East Malaysia. While East Malaysia, separate to two different charges as well, whereby East Malaysia (Sarawak) carry a different price and East Malaysia (Sabah) carry different type of delivery chargers.

- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email, containing the parcel(s) tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per-order. If required to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order(s) separately for each address respectively.
- Any discounted or Stock Clearance items are non-exchangeable or refundable.

- Please note that there will be no refund or exchange issued under any circumstance on fish and plants after the item(s) is sold. The Plant(s) and Fish(es) are not under warranty by Konzept Garden after the item(s) is sold successfully.
- Prior to all Type Pond and Pond sizes selling by Konzept Garden (Zen Bio Koi Pond, Zen Bio Natural Koi Pond, Himalaya Rock Fish Pond, Himalaya Custom Rock Fish Pond, and Magic Garden Fish Pond) here is the term and condition of the product;
- Support is provided for all types of Ponds (as details point ‘2' provided above) on Working Hour (exclude public holiday) and a schedule will be in place within days (to provide by Konzept Garden Team) to help accommodate to arrange a site visit (klang valley only).
- Please note that there will be no refund or exchange issued under any circumstance on fish and plants after the item(s) is sold. The Plant(s) and Fish(es) are not under warranty by Konzept Garden after the item(s) is sold successfully.
- For all Konzept Garden Pond(as details point ‘2' provided above) are not allowed to add additional Sand (for any type of sand) or Rock inside the pond. Konzept Garden have designed a system that fits perfectly for all Ponds (as details point ‘2' provided above). With any changes of product provided by Konzept Garden, this will consider as warranty void.
- Cleaning Process will be taught and explain by Konzept Garden Team. If the process of cleaning is not been followed properly by the customer for any broken or faulty of equipment will not be replaced by Konzept Garden, even if customer Pond(s) is still under warranty.
- Customer will be advised and guide on how to clean the dry leaf, as this process will undertake often to prevent the pump from being stuck.

Customer is allowed to add water plant (depends on the sizes) inside the pond but must with a pot. Please seek for Konzept Garden Team advise on the plants to avoid any faulty or broken of the product.
KONZEPT GARDEN PRODUCT WARRATY
Warranty Information:
ZEN BIO KOI POND, HIMALAYA ROCK FISH POND, and MAGIC GARDEN FISH POND:
- Leakage: These products are covered by a warranty against leakage for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of a leakage issue, customers can rely on our warranty for appropriate assistance and resolution.
- Submersible Pump: The submersible pump included with these ponds is covered by a warranty for a duration of 6 months from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures the performance and functionality of the pump during the initial months of operation.
NOBLEGRASS:
- UV Discoloration: Noblegrass products are warranted against UV discoloration for a period of 8 years from the date of purchase. This warranty provides customers with assurance regarding the color stability of their grass pile over an extended period.
- Grass Pile Natural Tear Out: Noblegrass products also come with a warranty covering natural tear out of the grass pile for a duration of 8 years. This warranty addresses any unexpected issues related to the integrity of the grass pile.
ZIANT HYDRO PLANTER:
- UV Discoloration: The Ziant Hydro Planter is warranted against UV discoloration for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that the planter maintains its aesthetic appeal under normal usage conditions.
- Natural Crack: Additionally, the planter is covered by a warranty against natural cracks for a duration of 2 years. This warranty provides peace of mind to customers regarding the structural integrity of the planter.
Please Note:
- These warranty terms are subject to review and adjustment based on ongoing product assessments and improvements.
- We reserve the right to justify and modify warranty terms as necessary to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and quality assurance for our customers.
KONZEPT GARDEN EXTENDED WARRATY PROGRAM
- This Program is only applicable to existing Konzept Garden customer with a purchase date of less than a year.
- The post must be Public.
- Each product is only entitled to one warranty extension.
- You will receive a status update on your application via email within 5 working days.
- Konzept Garden reserves the right to make any changes where it deems necessary in its absolute discretion to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The decisions of Konzept Garden on all matters relating to the Programme shall be final and binding on all customers.
- By agreeing to the terms & conditions, the photo or video submitted will be used as ( promoted/posting ) via Konzept Garden Online Platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest, Google & Website)
EMAIL OPT-IN
- Email opt-in is not forced by any party, to which you have agreed to opt in to our newsletter and discount giveaway.
- Term & conditions of any sales or giveaway in email will be provided when been asked to Konzept Garden team.
The Return & Exchange Policy only applies to Online Store Customer, this is not applicable to any walk-in customer. With any defects for walk-in customer with this below scenario please connect with our Team as soon as your product delivers to your door;
Scenario First: Customer A walk-in to Konzept Garden Showroom and choose Ziant Planters and decide to purchase 20 unit and prefer Konzept Garden to make the delivery to Customer A house. With that arrangement – we will ask a customer to check on all the chosen product purchase before delivery is made. Once Delivery is made, Customer is required to check on the product again – with any defects during the delivery after the first checking you are required to call our team immediately and provided with Photos, our team will attend your case immediately.
Online Returns & Exchange Policy
Normal priced items are exchangeable within 48 hours from receiving the products from the Postage Company, applies to only defect or broken product upon delivery only.
Notify us via phone call & email to admin@konzept.my along with your receipt/proof of purchase and images showing the defective area. We will investigate the case and contact you accordingly. Upon receiving confirmation from us, only then the item(s) may be returned. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental or random damage that is the result of use by buyer, or from wear and tear.
Konzept Garden will only accept exchange or refund item(s)/merchandise(s) in original condition, uninstalled, unused or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, any related accessories, and must be returned in their original box.
Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability. In other words, incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, altered returns, merchandise that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or anything we reasonably believe has been used or worn, will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy is granted for 1 time only for each item.
If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, NO cash refund will be applied, if the price of the item you wish to exchange is lower than the price of the returned item.
For refund goods, the buyer is liable to bears the postage cost for any refund goods within the48 hours from receiving the products.

We understand that circumstances may arise where a customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase. To demonstrate our confidence in the quality of our products and our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a Money-Back Guarantee Policy for Zen Bio Koi Pond Series or NobleGrass series installations.
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The Money-Back Guarantee Policy is applicable to customers who have purchased and had Zen Bio Koi Pond Series NobleGrass installed by Konzept Garden Home Deco Sdn.Bhd.
2. Duration:
The Money-Back Guarantee Policy is valid for a period of 14 days from the completion date of the installation.
3. Refund Amount:
Customers who wish to avail of the Money-Back Guarantee Policy must notify Konzept Garden Home Deco Sdn.Bhd within the 14 days period.
Upon confirmation of eligibility, the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the total final quotation for the purchased products and installation services.
4. Conditions for Refund:
The products must be in their original condition, free from damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised alterations.
The customer is responsible for the removal of the products to be returned.
5. Notification Process:
Customers who wish to avail of the Money-Back Guarantee Policy must notify Konzept Garden Home Deco Sdn.Bhd Customer Support Whatsapp Number (6012- 9609849) within the 14 days period.
The request should include the customer's name, contact information, invoice number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the Money-Back Guarantee Policy request.
6. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the receipt and inspection of the returned products.
7. Return Goods / Products Process:
Products are expected to be returned in the same condition as initially installed by Konzept Garden. If any damages are identified prior to uninstallation, Konzept Garden reserves the right to withhold removal of the products.
8. Exclusions:
The Money-Back Guarantee Policy does not cover damages or issues resulting from natural disasters, accidents, or customer misuse.
9. Modification or Termination:
Konzept Garden Home Deco Sdn.Bhd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Money-Back Guarantee Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
10. Restocking Fees Policy
Restocking fees are charges that you apply to pay when returning a product. These fees are applied to cover the costs associated with processing the return, which can include things like disassembling, repackaging, and preparing the product for resale.
Restocking Policy for Konzept Garden – Zen Bio Koi Pond:
For the Zen Bio Koi Pond, a restocking fee of 30% of the final quotation will be charged. This fee is necessary because installing the pond involves tasks like digging a hole and installing various components like a water pump, water filter, fountain, and piping.
When returning the product, the same process is followed. This includes uninstalling all items, removing the fish pond from the hole, and filling the hole with soil again. The restocking fee helps cover the costs associated with these processes.
Restocking Policy for Konzept Garden – NobleGrass (Artificial Grass):
For the NobleGrass (Artificial Grass), there is also a restocking policy in place. Unlike the Zen Bio Koi Pond, there is no need to dig a hole during installation, as the grass is cut into various sizes according to site measurements.
In the case of a return, the artificial grass can be repurposed for different projects, helping to offset future costs. The return process involves collecting and organizing the various-sized cuts of artificial grass. This ensures that the returned product can be efficiently used in other installations.
While there is no hole to be filled, there are still costs associated with handling and repackaging the artificial grass. Therefore, a restocking fee may apply to cover these operational expenses.
